For assistance outside of Reception hours please:
Calls received outside of reception hours are answered by an after-hours assistance team and not a Gilmer Apartment Hotel staff member. They will assist with general enquiries and if required contact a Gilmer Apartment Hotel staff member. All after-hours calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
Please note there is a $50 charge for after-hours call-outs resulting from lost keys and lock-outs.
An intercom is located under the lock box outside the reception door.
If you have visitors arriving outside of reception hours, they can contact you directly in your apartment via the intercom by pressing your room number and the bell key or by calling ‘0’ from the telephone in the lobby. Our after-hours team will transfer the call to your room.
Note: Visitors are not allowed access to apartments after 11:00pm.
